How BRAVO works

The AI guides.
The customer enters.

Customers use their phone keypad for card entry. The payment result then returns to the configured business workflow.

Keypad entry

Card entry is handled in a dedicated DTMF payment flow, outside the AI conversation.

Payment outcome

Track authorization, declines, and processing states, with explicit paths for retry or follow-up.

Workflow continuation

Update the CRM and notify the agent or team when the payment result is available.

Connected by design

Built around
your payment flow.

BRAVO integration is scoped around your telephony, payment processor, order system, and recording configuration.

Payment security depends on the full call and recording path. AKLABS reviews those requirements as part of implementation. This page makes no claim of an AKLABS PCI certification.

Common questions

A few useful details.

Does the customer say their card number to the AI?+

The intended BRAVO flow uses the phone keypad for card entry. Agents guide customers into that flow instead of asking them to speak card details.

Can live representatives use BRAVO?+

Yes. The integration is designed around the transfer path, customer and order identification, recording behavior, and how the team receives the outcome.

Which processors are supported?+

The current integration work includes Authorize.net. Other gateway requirements are reviewed during scoping; availability is not implied for every provider.

What if payment does not complete?+

The workflow can route processing, declined, and error outcomes into the appropriate retry, follow-up, or alternative payment path. The rules are agreed during implementation.
